1. HTTP/2 Pipelined Synchronization
Downstream nodes should use TLS 1.3 with HTTP/2 multiplexing enabled to minimize TCP handshake overhead when syncing partitioned dataset shards:

2. Fair-Use Quota
Unauthenticated pulls are capped at 850 Mbps per client IPv4 address. Continuous transfers up to 500 GB per 24-hour window are permitted without an API token.
